I hope you all had a wonderful holiday on yesterday.  Today I am sharing with you my latest DT reveals from Lets Get Sketchy and Picture This!

Monday Design Team Reveal and Exciting news to share!!!

Hey everyone, its reveal day over at Let's Get Sketchy.  We are starting off August with a great sketch from team member Jenessa.

Here is my take on the sketch.  I had my oldest granddaughter down for the summer so I could not let her go back home before taking all the grand-babies to have pictures taken and of course I could not WAIT to scrap them so here is the first one of many you will see lol.  I used the Crate Paper  Maggie Holmes collection. Yes I know its an old collection but its one of my favorite collections of all times.  It think I have purchased this collection 3 times already!  

Also, I have some wonderful news to share with you all.  I am now a member of the Birds of a Feather Kit Club design team!

I have wanted to be on a kit team for the longest and I was finally given the chance.  I truly hope I don't disappoint.  My first reveal is August 8th so make sure you sto by and visit us!

123 Get Scrappy-October

Hey everyone its challenge day again at 123 Get Scrappy!  Here is our board for this month, lots of great choices wouldn't you say?!

I decided to use the left row (chipboard, flowers and more than 3 photos)

 

I dont typically do well with multi photo layouts but I thought this paper from Simple Stories Vintage Bliss was perfect for these photos of my grandbabies.  I love the colors in this line.

123 Get Scrappy August Challenge

Happy Monday everyone!  I had my very first DT reveal over the weekend at 123 Get Scrappy and  I would like to shar that e with you on today.  1,2,3 Get Scrappy is a new challenge blog where we give you a tic tac toe board every month and you create a layout using 3 of the listed items on the board.  Here is the board for this month

And here is my layout.  I used hexagons, free space and long title.  Please join us over at 123 for our first challenge!

New Challenge Blog & Design Team~~ 1 2 3 Get Scrappy!

Hello faithful followers!  Today I am uberly (is that a word?) excited about being asked to join another Design Team! 1,2,3Get Scrappy is a new scrapbooking challenge blog dedicated to helping you get those photos scrapped and have fun doing it!

How we work:

~ On the 10th of each month we will post a board similar to tic tac toe or bingo. There will be 3 rows across, and 3 rows down. Each space will have a crafty object/technique/theme listed.

 ~ You may create any size scrap book page you like for our challenges. You may also create mini albums for our challenges. 

~ To enter our challenges, you must use 3 in a row. You may use across, down or diagonal. Yes, you may have other elements to your page(s). It doesn't just have to be the 3 things from our challenge. But, you need to list your 3 Get Scrappy elements you used.

~ You may enter each month's challenge up to 3 times.

~ You may include as many other challenges (from other challenge blogs) as you'd like
