Happy Monday all!  It's reveal day once again over at Let's Get Sketchy and I am here to bring you my latest DT reveal featuring this great sketch and my contribution to this week's reveal which features my two oldest beautiful grandbabies!

I can't say this is one of my favorite layouts but it's done nonetheless.  Hey you can't love them all right???  LOL.  Anyways, have a great week and only 6 more days till Christmas!!

Lets Get Sketchy DT Reveal

Hey all its me again, back to share my latest Design Team reveal from Lets Get Sketchy!  This week we are using this great white space sketch by yours truly.

I decided to go with the Echo Park Dino & Friends Collection to create this great page featuring my grandson.  I love the colors in this kit!  If you look closely, you will also see a small background made out of dino eggs, how cool is that!

Mid-Month Team Reveals

Happy Monday all, its reveal day for Let's Get Sketchy and Picture This!  First up is this week's sketch over at LGS by yours truly.

For this layout, I used the Americana paper paid by MAMBI.  I LOVE the way this came out.  These photos of my grandchildren were taken this summer for the 4th of July and they were perfect for this paper!

Next up is our "Not So Picture Perfect" challenge over at Picture This!   It's easy to scrap a photo where the lighting is perfect, the subject is behaving and the angle is just right.  But what about those photos that are fuzzy, too dark or half your head is cut off??  Those are the ones we want to see this month!

So I used these photos of me and the Mister playing around in the car, as you can see the lighting and shadows are horrible!

Design Team Reveals

Hello all and happy Monday!  I am so excited about today, not only do I have my Lets Get Sketchy reveal for you today but I also have the first challenge for Picture This, which is now back up and running and we do hope that you will play along.  We have some wonderful challenges in store for you and we have put together a fabulous Design Team that will bring you some marvelous inspiration each and every month!

First up is this week's sketch from Let's Get Sketchy.  I love, LOVE this sketch and I am so happy with the way my layout came out.

I used this marvelous paper pad from Mambi American collection pad along with some photos from the kids 4th of July photo shoot this summer.  I thought the photo was perfect for these papers!

Next up is this month's mood board over at Picture This!  If it looks familiar that's because this was also the the mood board for the Design Team call.

FOr this layout I used papers from the Pebbles Jen Haddenfield Home +Made collection.  Love the papers in this pad!

Reveal Day-Let's Get Sketchy

Happy 4th of July all!  Today is Independence Day and it is also reveal day over at Let's Get Sketchy.This week we have a wonderful sketch from yours truly which I decided to prepare in color this time.  Just need a little pick me up this go round.

So for this sketch I decided to use the Burlap and Bouquet Collection by Fancy Pants featuring my beautiful and sassy granddaughter Jayla.  I don't know that I am totally in love with this layout but hey, its done....lol.  Thanks so much for stopping by and dont forget LGS is now on Instagram so please follow us @LGSketchy.
